If you currently have a domain name set to pending, or an incorrect expiry status, let me know here and I'll try to manually process it.
Same goes for those that have general orders (NordVPN, OX App Suite, Hosting, etc) stuck in processing or set as pending. Just give me the order number and I'll try and search it up for you, and manually process your order from my end.

Invoice #: 6017487 for UrbanComputers.org appears to be stuck in some sort of limbo, complaining about being in the state of, "Grace Period - Expired." I've attached the paid invoices with the relevant info for the domain and the hosting package. The site is down, and completely inaccessible at this time. Please let me know if you need anything else from me to assist in your troubleshooting process. Thank you kindly.
