Regarding Domain And Order Delays

If you currently have a domain name set to pending, or an incorrect expiry status, let me know here and I'll try to manually process it.

Same goes for those that have general orders (NordVPN, OX App Suite, Hosting, etc) stuck in processing or set as pending. Just give me the order number and I'll try and search it up for you, and manually process your order from my end.

What Are Your Thoughts On Jester AI?

As some of you may already know, we introduced Jester AI a little while back. It's basically an artificial intelligence powered by OpenAI, and is available exclusively from within our Jester AI support department.

Its primary intention is to provide quick and easy assistance to the most commonly asked questions. As of right now, we do not operate this AI system outside of its own department. While we've brought it into other support departments during "emergency situations", it is not and will not be a part of the core DoRoyal experience.

That is, unless you want it to be. So what are your thoughts on our Jester AI support system? Should we expand it? How can we improve it?

PHP 8.3 has been added to the entire DoRoyal network.

We've also dropped support for PHP 5.3 and 5.4.

DirectAdmin-DDNS?

I've been trying for weeks to get a dynamic dns client script to update a subdomain here with no luck at all.

I've been looking at examples like https://github.com/shoaloak/DirectAdmin-DDNS, and https://www.vimexx.nl/forum/14-tutorials/588-dyndns-mogelijk-via-directadmin-api-bij-vimexx?page=1#post-2323 but have had no luck at all. I've also tried AI code generation, and got lots of nice code for the client side, but nothing that will talk to DA.

This was super easy in cPanel, sigh. Has anyone figured out how to do it?

I'm new to DoRoyal. I purchased the RapidSSL certificate and can see my Wordpress site, but it is not secured with https and I keep getting emails from 360 Monitoring that my web site is still down. with: SSL connect error (OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to ...

How can I activate the purchased RapidSSL certificate? Is it done automatically or did I miss a step? Thanks!

However, to try and keep things as streamlined as possible, please be sure to be as specific as you can. Here are a few examples of what a post might look like.

Title: PHP 8.2 Support

Message: Hey there, it would be super neat if you could add PHP 8.2 support on the Royal 2 server.

DoRoyal Portal Maintenance

We've temporarily taken our Portal offline. Unfortunately, an update for WHMCS caused issues with our Portal, requiring that we restore an earlier backup.

We expect to have everything back up and running shortly. This thread will be updated as soon as we have more to share.
