Twitter has been making some rather drastic changes as of late, and one such change makes it very difficult for us to continue to provide support services on the Twitter platform. Twitter introduced “rate limits”, which effectively limits the number of tweets you are permitted to view per day (including those from our customers that require assistance) for a 24 hour period. This makes it very difficult, if not impossible, for us to provide technical or sales support over Twitter.

While Twitter (Elon Musk specifically) claims that their new “rate limit” policies are only temporary, we as a business cannot trust or rely on a platform that is willing and able to make new limitations that would affect not only our own abilities to operate, but our customers as well. So, temporary or not, our trust in Twitter as a viable method of communication and support is at an all-time low.

For that reason, we have decided to remove Twitter as one of our official methods of support, and replace it with Mastodon.

You can find our Mastodon account here –

Mastodon is a Twitter alternative, and offers all of the same core features and functions, including a private message system. So if you need support, feel free to send us a PM (Private Mention) and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
