Hey all, Tyler here. I just wanted to quickly provide everyone with a quick update regarding our outage a couple of days ago.

What Happened?

To make a long story short, our Royal 2 server went down for approximately 24 hours.

Why Did This Happen?

We encountered a billing related issue with our datacenter’s billing panel, resulting in them not recording that a payment was made, thus shutting us down. We had to speak with our account manager to get things resolved. Then, even after they fixed the issue, the server failed to properly boot up. A technician had to manually reboot the server in the datacenter.

What Are We Doing?

We’re monitoring the reliability of our current datacenter, and may migrate our server over to a different datacenter if or when we determine that our current solutions are no longer up to our operational standards.

Will There Be Compensation?

Yes. We’re giving everybody that’s hosting on our Royal 2 server $10 in account credit. You should receive this within the coming days.
