Questions before you order
Is the $300 payment monthly or yearly?
Neither. It is a single payment of $300 USD for the hosting plan. Your order summary shows the final amount in your chosen currency, including any extras.
What does “lifetime” mean?
Your hosting continues for as long as DoRoyal exists, as long as the account follows our terms of service and plan limits.
Is a domain name included?
No. Domain registration and renewals are billed separately.
Can I host more than one website?
Yes. All your sites share the plan’s 6GB of storage, 100GB monthly transfer and other usage limits.
Can I use WordPress?
Yes. Install it with Softaculous and manage it with WordPress Manager. If you are moving an existing site, contact us and we can check whether it fits.
What about backups?
Keep your own copy of your website as well. Ask us about the current backup and restore options.
What happens if my site goes unused?
If you plan to let your domain expire or leave the account unused, please talk to us first. The lifetime hosting FAQ explains when an inactive account may be removed.
