[Sticky] What Are Your Thoughts On Jester AI?

As some of you may already know, we introduced Jester AI a little while back. It's basically an artificial intelligence powered by OpenAI, and is available exclusively from within our Jester AI support department.  Its primary intention is to provide quick and easy assistance to the most commonly asked questions. As of right now, we do not operate this AI system outside of its own department. While we've brought it into other support departments during "emergency situations", it is not and will not be a part of the core DoRoyal experience.  That is, unless you want it to be. So what are your thoughts on our Jester AI support system? Should we expand it? How can we improve it?
